Krishna Janmastmi Celebration:-

Krishna Janmastmi was celebrated in our old age home at Bhachau. Elderly people of old age home kept the fast and sung bhajan in the evening.

           Celebration of Raksha Bandhan:-

“Raksha Bandhan” a festival of divine attachment between brother & sister was celebrated in the prayer hall at Vikalang Vidhya Vihar. Girls of Vikalang Kanya Kunj tied the Rakhi a symbol of brotherly love to boys of the Vikalang Vidhya Vihar. They also tied rakhies to the General secretary Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati, Joint Secretary Mr. Zinabhai Dabasiya, Ass. Secretary Mr. Himanshu Sompura, Trustees Mr. Khimjibhai Vekariya, Mr. Muljibhai Dabasiya, Mr. Harjibhai Hirani & staff. The girls also sent more than 5500 Rakhis to our members, donors and well-wishers all over the world by post. . The rakhies were made by the girls of Vikalang Kanya Kunj. Winners of Rakhi making competition were given prizes by the trustees of our organization. Visually impaired girls expressed their feelings by singing Rakhi songs in the programme.
“Raksha Bandhan” festival was also observed in our old age home at Bhachau campus. Ladies of the inner wheel club and rotary club tied the Rakhis to elderly people in a function. Secretary Mr. Shivlal Patel, trustees Mr. Jagdish Thacker, Mr. V. R. Jadeja & staff remained present.

            Independence Day celebration:-

67th Independence Day was celebrated in Vikalang Vidhya Vihar campus of Shree Navchetan Andhjan Mandal. Vice president Mr. Arjanbhai Vekariya hoisted the national tri- colour. General Secretary Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati, Joint Secretary Mr. Zinabhai Dabasiya,  Mr. Himanshu Sompura, Mr. Nanjibhai Dabasiya, Mr. Muljibhai Dabasiya, other trustees, staff and children remained present. Children of Vikalang Vidhya Vihar & Vikalang Kanya Kunj performed musical cultural programmes.
                                       
Independence Day was also celebrated in our Bhachau Branch. Secretary Mr. Shivlal Patel Hoisted the National flag. Elders of old age home, trustees and staff remained present.

            Felicitation of Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati:-

 

Our General Secretary Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati was felicitated by Mr. Narendra Modi, the Chief Minister of Gujarat, for doing outstanding work in the field of education in a function organized to mark the 67th Independence Day.

            Tourism Day-:

Tourism Day was observed in our secondary & higher secondary schools. Video clips of the 7 wonders of the world, Lal Killa, Hawra Bridge etc were shown and relevant details and the history of the monuments explained by the teachers.

            Health day:-

Health Day was observed in our schools and hostels. An exhibition on maintaining good health and hygiene was organized in the prayer hall. General Secretary Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati Joint Secretary Mr. Zinabhai, Mr. Karsanbhai Varsani, Mr. Himanshu Sompura Mr. Deepak Prasad, Teachers, staff and children visited the exhibition and understood the principles of health.

           Demonstration of martial arts by Disabled children:-

On the occasion of the state level celebration of independence day  disabled students of the Vikalang Vidhya Vihar and Vikalang Kanya Kunj demonstrated Marshal art skills in front of Mr. Mukesh Patel, District Education Officer Mr. Danish Chheda CKB Marshal art India, Snehal Vidya ADI, Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati General Secretary, Mr. Zinabhai Dabasiya Joint Secretary & trustees. The demonstration was the part of “Raksha Shakti” Self Defence theme of Independence Day.

           Energy Conservation Day:-

Energy Conservation Day was observed as the part of the state level celebration of Independence Day. A talk by our science teacher Mr. Kalpesh Patel was arranged in the Science laboratory. He explained the sources of energy explained in detail the renewable and nonrenewable energy. He also advised children to save the energy.

         Water conservation day:-

“Jal Hin Jivan” was the subject for essay competition organized for students of STD 5 to 8 and STD 9 to 12 as the part of the state level celebration of Independence Day. 37 students of the Vikalang Vidhya Vihar & Vikalang Kanya Kunj participated in the competition. Winners were given prizes.

          Tree Plantation day:-

As the Part of the state level celebration of Independence Day, tree plantation was carried out in our all Vikalang Vidhya Vihar and Vikalang Kanya Kunj campus. Joint Secretary Mr. Zinabhai Dabasiya trustee Mr. Khimjibhai Vekariya, Principals of primary schools and higher secondary school, teachers and children planted the trees and pledged to bring up the tree to protect the environment.

  Shri Navchetan Andhajan Mandal organized a gathering of its employees at Divyang Vidhya Vihar in Madhapar. The aim of the gathering was to bring together the staff and create a friendly atmosphere. The event was a great success, and all attendees had a wonderful time.            The highlight of the event was a speech by Swami Pradiptanand Saraswatiji, the founder of Arsh Sadhana Center. Swami Pradiptanand speech was truly inspirational and focused on the importance of Swadharma, a concept that emphasizes living life according to one's duty and purpose. ⩥ 28/02/2023: Celebration of National science day

             Our school, Divyang Vidhya Vihar and Divyang Kanyakunj, celebrated National Science Day. Disabled students showcased their scientific knowledge and skills by conducting experiments and demonstrating basic science principles at the science laboratory. Additionally, the girls of Divyang Kanyakunj presented exhibits on devices, natural calamities, and  Information about NASA and ISRO. Following the exhibition, a quiz competition was held at the prayer hall, and winners were awarded first, second, and third prizes. The event was attended by the General Secretary of our organization, Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati, Secretary Mr. Himanshubhai Sompura, Treasurer Mr. Zinabhai Dabasiya, Trustees Mr. Harjibhai Lachhani, and Chief Coordinator Dipakprasad, who visited the exhibition and motivated the disabled students. Coordinators, principals, teachers, and other staff members also visited the exhibition.

25/02/2023: Farewell & Best Wishes Program of Std. 12th & 10th Students

             At Divyang Vidhya Vihar, a Farewell & Best Wishes Program was held on February 25, 2023, for students in grades 10 and 12. The program featured speeches and gift presentations from key members of the organization, including General Secretary Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati, Secretary Mr. Himanshu Sompura, Treasurer Mr. Zinabhai Dabasiya, and Mr. Harjibhai Lachhani. Additionally, Chief Coordinator Mr. Deepak Prasad extended his well wishes to students for their upcoming board examinations.             The program was organized and conducted entirely by students of grade 12. During the event, students from both grade 10 and 12 shared their experiences and praised the school's facilities. Notably, two hearing-impaired girls delivered speeches in sign language, which were interpreted by another girl.
