 Celebration of “Raksha Bandhan”:-
“Raksha Bandhan” a festival of divine attachment between brother & sister was celebrated in the prayer hall at Vikalang Vidhya Vihar. Girls of Vikalang Kanya Kunj tied the Rakhi a symbol of brotherly love to boys of the Vikalang Vidhya Vihar. They also tied rakhies to the General secretary Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati, Joint Secretary Mr. Himanshu Sompura, Trustees Mr. Khimjibhai Vekariya, Mr. Muljibhai Dabasia, Mr. Harjibhai Hirani, Mr. Damjibhai Oza, Mr. Harjibhai Bhudiya & staff.  The girls also sent more than 6000 Rakhis to our members, donors and well-wishers all over the world by post. . The rakhies were made by the girls of Vikalang Kanya Kunj. Winners of Rakhi making competition were given prizes by the trustees of our organization. Visually impaired girls expressed their feelings by singing Rakhi songs in the programme.
“Raksha Bandhan” festival was also observed in our old age home at Bhachau campus. Ladies of the inner wheel club and rotary club tied the Rakhis to elderly people in a function. Secretary Mr. Shivlal Patel, trustees Mr. Jagdish Thacker, Mr. V. R. Jadeja & staff remained present.

State Level Sp. Khel Mahakumbh -2019                  Department of Youth Services and Cultural Activities - Gandhinagar, Sports Authority of Gujarat and District Sports Office - Naliad / Ahmedabad Organized State Level Sp. Khel Mahakumbh – 2019. Total 28 Disable students of our organization participated in different game such as Wheelchair Hurdle, Shotput throw, High Jump, 100 m. Run etc. in which   Gangal Gourika, Rabari Ridhi, Chaudhary Prakash, Rabari Lala and Karotra Gopal winners.

֎ 31/07/2024 : THREE CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES FROM OUR ORGANIZATION WON NACHIKETA AWARD

            Three children with disabilities from our Secondary and Higher Secondary school, managed by Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal, received the Nachiketa Award from the Oasis organization in Baroda. The award ceremony featured participants Ayar Jayashri Valabhai, Tank Dhyan Hiteshbhai, and Gangal Gaurika Maheshbhai, who competed alongside their non-disabled peers and were honored with cash prizes and books from the organizers. Our General Secretary, Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati, Secretary Mr. Himanshu Sompura, Treasurer Mr. Zinabhai Dabasiya, along with the trustees and staff, extended their congratulations to all the winners.
