              Adani Foundation and Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal, Madhapar, jointly organized a grand and joyful celebration of World Disability Day. The main objective of the programme was to honour persons with disabilities, felicited their talents and achievements, and strengthen their connection with the mainstream of society. More than 300 persons with disabilities attended the programme, making it highly successful.             The programme began with a traditional prayer, creating a positive and peaceful atmosphere.                   In a vibrant display of athleticism and determination, 42 students from Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal's Divyang Vidya Vihar and Divyang Kanyakunj delivered an exceptional performance at the 36th All Kutch Divyang Sports Festival, hosted by Kutch Vikas Trust at Raydhanpar. The event, dedicated to visually and orthopedically challenged individuals, witnessed our students participating in a diverse range of sports, proving that spirit knows no bounds.             In the running competition for Locomotor Disability students Chaudhari Prakash, Rajput Dhruv and Rabari Joga & Khod Sneha secured the first Makwana Kiran & Koli Vasanti Second and Rabari Ravi achieved Third position.              Three students from the Secondary and Higher Secondary School managed by Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal took part in drawing and music competitions were held at Q.D.C. level at M.S.V. High School. In the Drawing Competition, Patni Govind showed his artistic talent through his artwork. In the Music Competition, Koli Suresh performed in the Singing category. He presented a song in his sweet voice. Tank Dhyan participated in the Instrumental category. He gave an excellent performance. Tank Dhyan secured First Place in the Instrumental category without any competitor. The participation of the students shows their confidence and talent.

               On the occasion of the 12 th death anniversary of former Vice President, the late Mr. Arjanbhai K. Vekariya, a Shradhanjali program was held at the Divyang Kanyakunj Campus of Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal, including the Divyang Kanyakunj and Bhachau Old Age Home campus.             On this solemn occasion, The General Secretary Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati, along with Secretary Mr. Himanshubhai Sompura, Treasurer Mr. Zinabhai Dabasiya, and Trustees Mr. Jadavjibhai Vekariya, Chief Coordinator Mr. Dipakprasad, together with staff and students of the organization, paid floral tributes at the statue of late Mr. Arjanbhai Vekariya, remembering his dedicated service and valuable contribution to the institution.

          A special camp was successfully organized at the Old Age Home, Bhachau, managed by Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal. The camp focused on government welfare schemes for persons with disabilities and voter list correction for senior citizens under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) program.             Assessments were conducted for the distribution of motorized tricycles and joystick wheelchairs under government schemes. Simultaneously, voter identity card corrections and related procedures were completed for senior citizens and voters with disabilities residing in the organization.             This year, the Children’s Day celebration became truly memorable for Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal, Madhapar. With the generous support of donors, a one-day educational trip was organized for 103 students with disabilities from the Inclusive Primary, Secondary, and Higher Secondary Schools.             The students visited Pradyuman Park, the Zoo, and the Museum in Rajkot. The main objective of the trip was to provide firsthand learning about animals, birds, and nature. By observing wildlife and gaining scientific knowledge at the museum, students’ understanding increased significantly. The joy and curiosity on the children’s faces were heartwarming.   During the trip, 6 teachers, hostel wardens, and other staff members took full care of the students.               A Special Khel Mahakumbh for hearing-impaired students was held at Gandhidham. Students from Divyang Vidhya Vihar and Divyang Kanyakunj, managed by Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal, participated with great enthusiasm.                     A tribute program was held at the Bhachau Old Age Home on the occasion of the 28 th death anniversary of Late Pranshankar Rajaram Joshi .            The Indian Blind Sports Association (IBSA) organized the National Junior Goalball Championship at Gwalior. Ten boys’ teams and seven girls’ teams participated.                The Gujarat Junior Girls team of Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal reached the final and secured Runner-up (Second Place), while the Boys Team reached the semi-final and secured Third Place.             Coach Shri Nirav Dake played a key role in this success. Teacher Shri Dilipbhai Pandav and Rasilaben Hirani served as referees. Both teams received congratulations from the President, Secretary, Trustees, staff members, and students of Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal Divyang Sports and Cricket Academy.

                 As part of Navratri celebrations, Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal – Madhapar organized special competitions under the theme “Navchetan Suvarna Safar” at Primary School Divyang Vidya Vihar and Inclusive Girls Primary School and Vidya Vihar.             The competitions were arranged for students from Primary, Secondary, Higher Secondary, and ITC levels and divided into four sections.                 All India Flag Day for Blind was observed at Divyang Kanyakunj and Divyang Vidya Vihar to create awareness and sensitivity towards blind persons.             The programme began with a prayer by girl students, who recited the Louis Braille prayer “Tamo Thaya Bhagwan…” Teacher Shri Jignashaben explained and demonstrated the Annie Device and described its benefits.             Students Tank Dhyan and Tanvi Goswami shared their thoughts on the importance of the day. Various games were organized according to different disabilities. Girls from Balvatika to Standard 5 played a touch-based identification game, while students of Standards 6 to 8 enjoyed Goalball.

              Teachers’ Day Was celebrated with great joy at Divyang Kanyakunj and Divyang Vidya Vihar. Students from Standard 6 to Standard 12 took on the role of teachers for the day, gaining firsthand experience of classroom teaching.             After academic activities, students of Divyang Vidya Vihar organized a meaningful programme, sharing their experiences and participating in a quiz competition.
