19/02/2026: MATRUBHASHA MAHOTSAV 2026: DIVYANG STUDENTS CELEBRATE THE RICH HERITAGE OF GUJARATI AND KUTCHI LANGUAGES

 

            In a vibrant tribute to linguistic diversity and cultural roots, the Matrubhasha Mahotsav was successfully organized at the Navchetan Andhjan Mandal (Divyang Kanyakunj) campus. This unique initiative, dedicated to fostering a love for literature among girls with disabilities, was jointly hosted by the Shri Sharda Sanskriti Trust and the Gujarat Sahitya Academy, Gandhinagar.

              The festival saw enthusiastic participation from students of Class 6 to 12. Through various creative performances, the students beautifully showcased the aesthetic depth and cultural nuances of both the Gujarati and Kutchi languages. The event served as a platform to demonstrate that physical challenges are no barrier to expressing one’s cultural identity and literary passion.
