17/02/2026: MANDVI TRIP: A BLEND OF HISTORY AND PATRIOTISM
With an aim to foster experiential learning and instill a sense
of national pride, Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal, Madhapar, organized an
insightful one-day educational tour to the coastal town of Mandvi. A total of
24 students from the vocational training departments of Divyang Vidya Vihar and
Divyang Kanyakunj participated in this enriching excursion.
The educational
tour was organized with the inspiration of B.R.C. Coordinator Shri Bharatbhai
and under the visionary guidance of the institution’s Secretary, Shri
Himanshubhai Sompura. Teachers Shri Kailashbhai Maru and Gitaben Bhatt
accompanied the students as dedicated guides throughout the journey.
Itinerary
Vijay Vilas Palace: Exploration of the iconic historic palace;
briefing on its intricate architectural design and the royal legacy of the
region.
Kranti Teerth (Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial): A visit that invoked a
deep sense of national pride; students gained valuable insights into the life
of the revolutionary leader and India’s struggle for independence.
Ambedham, Godhra: The group visited the temple for prayers,
experiencing a serene and peaceful environment.
Mandvi Beach: The tour concluded with a visit to the scenic seashore, creating joyful memories and bonding with peers.
This
educational initiative successfully equipped students with practical knowledge
regarding national values and cultural heritage. After a day filled with
exploration, learning, and inspiration, the students returned to the
institution in the evening with a renewed sense of enthusiasm.
