 26/01/2026: CELEBRATION OF 77TH REPUBLIC DAY

 

          Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal and its various constituent wings celebrated the 77th Republic Day with immense patriotism and enthusiasm. The main ceremony was organized through the joint efforts of Divyang Kanyakunj, Divyang Vidhya Vihar, I.T.C., and the Divyang Rehabilitation Center.

            The ceremonial flag hoisting was gracefully performed by Jadeja Priyanshiba, a student of Kanyakunj, followed by the collective singing of the National Anthem and the ‘Zanda Geet’. During the event, Patel Tisa led the reading of the National Pledge. Shri Himanshubhai Sompura, Secretary of the organization, delivered an inspiring Republic Day message to encourage the students and staff.

            The occasion featured vibrant cultural performances, including action songs presented by the children of Divyang Vidhya Vihar and the girls of Kanyakunj. Additionally, student Rathod Nehaba delivered an insightful speech on the significance of Republic Day.         A solemn moment of silence was observed to pay tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the nation. The program concluded with a collective rendition of 'Vande Mataram'.

            The event was expertly moderated by Gor Krupaben and Goswami Tanvi. The ceremony was graced by the presence of General Secretary Shri Laljibhai M. Prajapati, Jadavjibhai Vekaria, Chief Co-ordinator Shri Dipakbhai Prasad, and the entire teaching faculty. Refreshments for the children were sponsored by the family of the late Kavitaben Mehta (Apurvabhai and Shilpaben Mehta) and Malhari Ramesh Kulkarni.

Commemoration at Old Age Home, Bhachau

            Simultaneously, at the Old Age Home in Bhachau managed by the institution, the flag hoisting was performed by Secretary Vanrajsinh R. Jadeja and the elderly resident Nitinbhai Thakkar.

            In a poignant tribute, two minutes of silence was observed to pray for the peace of the souls lost during the devastating earthquake of January 26th. Secretary Vanrajsinh R. Jadeja and invited guest Shri Natubha Sodha shared their best wishes and messages for the occasion. The patriotic atmosphere was further enriched as residents Shri Kailash Jethwani, Shri Satyanarayan Joshi, Shri Nitinbhai Thakkar, and staff member Laxmiben Gadhvi performed soul-stirring patriotic songs. The celebration concluded with the distribution of 'Prasadi' among all attendees.
