24/11/2019 to 02/12/2019: District Level Special Khel-Mahakumbh-2019

              District level Special Khel Mahakumbh-2019 organized by State Government of India at Shri Navchetan Divyang Sports & Cricket Academy inspired by Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal-Madhapar.


On the date of 24th Nov. 2019 cricket tournament organized for Visually Impaired. 5 teams of Kachchh district participated.  On the date of 26th Nov. 2019 cricket tournament organized for orthopedic Handicapped. 4 teams of Kachchh district participated. 
           On the date of 28th Nov.2019 about 390 Mentally Retired players participated in different athletics games like 100 mt. & 200mt run, 50mt Walk, Cycling, bocce, Javelin throw, Long jump etc…
In opening ceremony Sarpanch of Vradhman Nagar Gram Panchayat Mrs. Jyotiben Shah, leading Patel Community & Donner Mr. K.K. Patel, trustees of CARE education Trust – U.K. Mr. Laljibhai Varsani, Secretary of our organization Mr. Himanshubhai Sompura, Treasurer Mr. Zinabhai Dabasiya, Trustees Mr. Harjibhai Lachhani, Mr. Khimjibhai Vekariya, Mr. Damjibhai Oza, Mr. Muljibhai Dabasiya, Chief co-ordinater Mr. Deepakbhai Pra sad, Secretary of Divyang Sports Academy Mr. Devrambhai Ahir remained present & encourage the players.
On the 30th Nov. about 141 Visually Impaired players participated in different athletics games & Chess. On the 2nd Dec. 2019 about 205 Orthopedic Handicapped players participated in various athletics games.
In which the first, second and third winners of games were felicitations with certificates. The winners receive cash price of Rs. 5000, 3000, and 2000 by state government, and get the opportunity to participate in the state level competition.

State Level Sp. Khel Mahakumbh -2019                  Department of Youth Services and Cultural Activities - Gandhinagar, Sports Authority of Gujarat and District Sports Office - Naliad / Ahmedabad Organized State Level Sp. Khel Mahakumbh – 2019. Total 28 Disable students of our organization participated in different game such as Wheelchair Hurdle, Shotput throw, High Jump, 100 m. Run etc. in which   Gangal Gourika, Rabari Ridhi, Chaudhary Prakash, Rabari Lala and Karotra Gopal winners.

֎ 31/07/2024 : THREE CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES FROM OUR ORGANIZATION WON NACHIKETA AWARD

            Three children with disabilities from our Secondary and Higher Secondary school, managed by Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal, received the Nachiketa Award from the Oasis organization in Baroda. The award ceremony featured participants Ayar Jayashri Valabhai, Tank Dhyan Hiteshbhai, and Gangal Gaurika Maheshbhai, who competed alongside their non-disabled peers and were honored with cash prizes and books from the organizers. Our General Secretary, Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati, Secretary Mr. Himanshu Sompura, Treasurer Mr. Zinabhai Dabasiya, along with the trustees and staff, extended their congratulations to all the winners.
