25-08-2023: 40 CHILDREN WITH VISUALLY IMPAIRMENT GIVEN SMART GLASSES

             With the support of Bidada International Foundation USA, Bidada Sarvodaya Trust, Medical Yatra, and Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal organized a smart Glass distribution program in the presence of Mr. Vinodbhai Chawda MP (Kutch-Morbi), Mr. Devjibhai Hirabhai Varchand- District BJP President – Kutch, Mr. Deepakbhai Mankad – Editor, Kachchmitra, Mr. Babubhai Bhimabhai Humbal – President, Ahir Girls Hostel – Bhujodi, and donors Madhuben and Vijaybhai Chheda.

40 children with vision impairment and teachers were given smart glasses, which are AI-based technology that can help people with blindness to identify objects, currency, and people. It also reads documents and signboards for the blind and can describe scenes.

Mr. Suket Min and Mr. Himanshu Sompura gave demonstrations and training to parents and children. Mrs. Madhuben Vijaybhai Chheda bore all the financial expenses of the smart glasses.

Member of Parliament Mr. Vinod Chavda appreciated the efforts made by all these organizations for promoting education and medical care for people with disabilities. The General Secretary of our organization, Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati, presided over the function and inspired the children and their parents to use the new technology.

             Treasurer Mr. Zinabhai Dabasiya welcomed the guests, while Chief Coordinator Mr. Deepak Prasad delivered the vote of thanks. Trustees Harjibhai Hirani, Damjibhai Oza, Pravinbhai Khokhani, Coordinators, Principals, and all staff were present at this program.

Khel Mahakumbh – 2019. Total 28 Disable students of our organization participated in different game such as Wheelchair Hurdle, Shotput throw, High Jump, 100 m. Run etc. in which   Gangal Gourika, Rabari Ridhi, Chaudhary Prakash, Rabari Lala and Karotra Gopal winners.

֎ 31/07/2024 : THREE CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES FROM OUR ORGANIZATION WON NACHIKETA AWARD

            Three children with disabilities from our Secondary and Higher Secondary school, managed by Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal, received the Nachiketa Award from the Oasis organization in Baroda. The award ceremony featured participants Ayar Jayashri Valabhai, Tank Dhyan Hiteshbhai, and Gangal Gaurika Maheshbhai, who competed alongside their non-disabled peers and were honored with cash prizes and books from the organizers. Our General Secretary, Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati, Secretary Mr. Himanshu Sompura, Treasurer Mr. Zinabhai Dabasiya, along with the trustees and staff, extended their congratulations to all the winners.
