14/10/2025 : DIWALI LAMP DECORATION AND RANGOLI COMPETITION

      On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, Lamp Decoration and Rangoli Competitions were organized at Divyang Kanyakunj and Vidhya Vihar, managed by Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal.

            The main objective of these competitions was to bring out the hidden talents of students and encourage creativity, artistic expression, and respect for Indian traditions. The activities also helped students connect with cultural values and festivals.

            A total of 32 girl students from the Primary, Secondary, Higher Secondary, and I.T.C. sections participated with great enthusiasm. Each student decorated her lamp in a unique and artistic manner. The Rangoli competition also displayed beautiful color combinations and innovative designs.

       The competitions were judged impartially by school teachers Yashviben Umaraniya and Krupaben Gor. Based on artistic quality and effort, students securing first, second, and third positions were awarded prizes. This recognition motivated and encouraged all participants.

            The entire event was efficiently organized and managed by Rajput Dikshiben and Bhatt Gitaben. The competitions added color, joy, and festive spirit to the Diwali celebrations.

֎ 16/06/2024: ATHLETICS STATE LEVEL COMPETITION FOR THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED

            The Department of Sports, Youth, and Cultural Activities, along with the Sports Authority of Gujarat Gandhinagar, organized state-level special athletics competition under the Khel Mahakumbh. This event was jointly hosted by the District Sports Development office, Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal Madhapar, and Navchetan Divyang Sports and Cricket Academy at Krishna Sports Ground, Madhapar.           The Khel Mahakumbh featured special competitions across 29 districts in Gujarat, with approximately 450 visually impaired athletes participating. Competitions included events such as the 100-meter run, long jump, shot put, discus throw, and javelin throw for age groups above and below 18.
