15/11/2025 : EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE BY STUDENTS AT SPECIAL KHEL MAHAKUMBH FOR HEARING-IMPAIRED STUDENTS

            A Special Khel Mahakumbh for hearing-impaired students was held at Gandhidham. Students from Divyang Vidhya Vihar and Divyang Kanyakunj, managed by Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal, participated with great enthusiasm. From Divyang Vidhya Vihar, 23 students and from Divyang Kanyakunj, 20 girl students took part. All students performed admirably in various athletics events and displayed strong sportsmanship.

Achievements of Divyang Kanyakunj Students

A Category - 100 meters race: Bharwad Alpa secured First Place

B Category - 200 meters race: Barach Sangitaba secured Second Place

Koli Kanta secured Third Place

D Category - 200 meters race: Parmar Nandini secured First Place

D Category - 100 meters race: Digari Hina secured Third Place

Achievements of Divyang Vidhya Vihar Students

A Category - 200 meters race: Padhiyar Shaktisinh secured Second Place

C Category - 200 meters race: Marand Piyush secured Third Place

            All students demonstrated talent, dedication, and passion for sports, making the institution proud through their excellent performance. During the event, Assistant Teachers Vankar Anjanaben and Patel Rakshaben played an important role as guides and supported the students throughout the program. Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal family extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all winners and participants for their success and efforts.

֎ 16/06/2024: ATHLETICS STATE LEVEL COMPETITION FOR THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED

            The Department of Sports, Youth, and Cultural Activities, along with the Sports Authority of Gujarat Gandhinagar, organized state-level special athletics competition under the Khel Mahakumbh. This event was jointly hosted by the District Sports Development office, Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal Madhapar, and Navchetan Divyang Sports and Cricket Academy at Krishna Sports Ground, Madhapar.           The Khel Mahakumbh featured special competitions across 29 districts in Gujarat, with approximately 450 visually impaired athletes participating. Competitions included events such as the 100-meter run, long jump, shot put, discus throw, and javelin throw for age groups above and below 18.
