19/11/2025: SPECIAL CAMP FOR WELFARE OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND VOTER LIST REVISION AT NAVCHETAN ANDHJAN MANDAL, BHACHAU

 

        A special camp was successfully organized at the Old Age Home, Bhachau, managed by Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal. The camp focused on government welfare schemes for persons with disabilities and voter list correction for senior citizens under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) program.

            Assessments were conducted for the distribution of motorized tricycles and joystick wheelchairs under government schemes. Simultaneously, voter identity card corrections and related procedures were completed for senior citizens and voters with disabilities residing in the organization. All elderly people of old age home benefited from these services.

            The program received valuable guidance and support from Shri Vanrajsinh R. Jadeja, Secretary of Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal, Shri Nareshbhai Chauhan, District Social Defence Officer, Shri M. K. Rajput, Mamlatdar, Bhachau City, Shri Subhashbhai Verma, P. and O., Rehab Expert, Ujjain, Shri Satanbhai Patel, B.L.O., Bhachau, Shri Naranbhai Rabari, Social Defence Probation Officer, and Smt. Divyaben Desani, Social Security Probation Officer.

            For voter list revision, Mamlatdar Shri M. K. Rajput and B.L.O. Shri Satanbhai Patel provided clear and detailed guidance. District Social Defence Officer Shri Nareshbhai Chauhan also shared comprehensive information on various government schemes for persons with disabilities.

            A total of 65 senior citizens participated enthusiastically. At the conclusion of the program, Secretary Shri Vanrajsinh Jadeja expressed heartfelt thanks to all officers, staff members, and beneficiaries for their cooperation and support. The camp successfully brought essential services to the doorstep of residents and strengthened access to welfare benefits and voting rights.
