A grand
Taluka-Level Children’s Science Exhibition was organized at Vishnudharm School,
Bhuj, jointly by G.C.E.R.T. – Gandhinagar, DIET – Bhuj, and B.R.C. Bhavan.
Students of the Inclusive primary school and inclusive Girls Primary School
managed by Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal, Madhapar, participated with
remarkable enthusiasm and delivered an excellent performance.
The exhibition aimed to develop
scientific attitude, creativity, and practical thinking among students while
encouraging innovation and new ideas. Many government and private schools from
Bhuj Taluka participated, with a total of 170 projects displayed on themes
such as science, environment, agriculture, health, and innovation.
Students of the inclusive Primary
School presented an entertainment-based mathematics model, explaining
mathematical concepts in a simple and engaging manner. Students of the
Inclusive Girls Primary School presented a project on health and hygiene, which
received wide appreciation from both the audience and the judges. The
mathematics model was explained by students Sumra Irshad and Surjivala Dharam,
while the health project was explained in detail by Sakariya Drashti and Gohil
Devyani.
To encourage the children, several
dignitaries graced the program, including Shri Nileshbhai Gor, Taluka Primary
Education Officer, Shri Vinodbhai Varsani, President, Bhuj Taluka, Shri
Prithvirajsinh Zala, District Primary Education Officer, Smt. Dakshaben Gor,
Principal, DIET - Bhuj, and Shri Bharatbhai, BRC Coordinator, Bhuj Taluka,
along with many teachers.
Throughout the exhibition, teachers
Kalpeshbhai Patel and Vankar Anjanaben played an important role as guides. The
exhibition inspired students and strengthened their interest in science and
learning.
