International Yoga Day Celebrated Across Institute Campuses with Joy and Enthusiasm

International Yoga Day was celebrated with great energy for children with disabilities at various campuses managed by Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal. The events took place at the Divyang Vidya Vihar campus, Divyang Kanyakunj, and the Divyang Rehabilitation Center.

Secretary Shri Himanshubhai Sompura and Shri Zinabhai Dabasiya, along with Chief Coordinator Shri Deepakbhai Prasad, attended the celebration.

Yoga expert Shri Vijaybhai Gadhavi guided the students through several yoga poses and breathing exercises. He explained the health benefits of yoga in a simple and accessible manner. All teaching and non-teaching staff members participated in the session with great enthusiasm.

At the same time, a special yoga session was organized for senior citizens at the Bhachau Old Age Home. The event was held under the guidance of Secretary Shri Vanrajsinh R. Jadeja.

During the session, Shri Dilipbhai explained the importance of yoga. Shri Dineshbhai then led the group exercises. Physiotherapist Shri Vimalbhai shared tips on helpful exercises for old age.

Senior Citizens of old age home, Shri Babubhai Patel and Shri Nitinbhai Thakkar, shared their thoughts. They encouraged other able elders to practice light exercises every morning.
