֎ 25/12/2024: SHRI NAVCHETAN ANDHJAN MANDAL'S ANNUAL FESTIVITIES
Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal, Madhapar, which has been working in the field of welfare of persons with disabilities for the last 49 years, celebrated its 49th annual festival at the organization's Divyang Vidhya Vihar. The program started with a prayer by the organization's differently-abled students. The differently-abled students welcomed the guests by performing a welcome song with akshat and Kumkum Tilak. Then, founder General Secretary of the organization Shri Laljibhai M. Prajapati, gave a verbal welcome to the guests and honored the present guests with shawls and symbols. After that, all the guests inaugurated the newly built e-pub center by lighting the lamp.
The
program featured awards for outstanding employees and individuals contributing
to the Divyang community, including Shri Ranchhodbhai Pukhrajbhai Soni and Shri
Riteshbhai Bipinbhai Patel. Scholarships were awarded to deserving students,
and cultural performances were presented by Divyang Vidyavihar, Divyang
Kanyakunj, and I.T.C. students. The event was graced by numerous esteemed
guests and concluded with a vote of thanks and warm appreciation.

this occasion, Secretary of our organization Mr. Himanshurbhai Sompura,
introduced the organization informed about the work done in the last 49 years. For
their best performance, the employees of the organization were awarded the

Mahendrabhai Gorsia received the late Karshan L. Vekaria Award by Shri Sanjay
I. Desai, President, and Lions Charitable Trust - Bhuj. Smt. Kripaben
Prakashbhai Gor received the Shri Bhanukant L. Thakkar Award by Shri Rameshbhai
N. Sorthia of Deep Construction - Gandhidham. Mr. Naimeshkumar Rameshbhai Patel
received the late Kunvarji Velji Lachhani Award by Shri Jadavjibhai Varsani of
Ramji Kanji Hirani Charitable Trust - Bharasar and donor Shri Harjibhai
Kunvarji Lachhani. Smt. Lilavantiben Amrutlal Vanand received the late Radhaben
G. Dabasia Award by Shri Devji Karsan Dabasia of Dabasia Builders - Nairobi and
donor Shri Zinabhai Dabasia. Shri Ranchhodbhai Pukhrajbhai Soni, a visually
impaired teacher from NAB-Ahmedabad, who has done excellent work in the field
of disability in Gujarat, received the late Karshan M. Vekaria Award by former
Finance Minister (Gujarat) Shri Babubhai Meghji Shah. Shri Riteshbhai Bipinbhai
Patel, a visually impaired teacher who has done excellent work in the field of
music in Kutch district, received the late Champshibhai D. Nandu Award by
President Shri Vinodbhai K. Shah (Gada).
Dignitaries gave
speeches appropriate to the occasion. Students of the organization's Divyang
Vidyavihar, Divyang Kanyakunj and I.T.C. presented cultural items. At the end
of the program, the vote of thanks was given by Deepakbhai Prasad, Chief
Coordinator of the organization, while the program was conducted by Coordinator
Ms. Rimaben Bhatia and Special Teacher Ms. Madhaviben Dave.
On this occasion,
