            Three children with disabilities from our Secondary and Higher Secondary school, managed by Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal, received the Nachiketa Award from the Oasis organization in Baroda. The award ceremony featured participants Ayar Jayashri Valabhai, Tank Dhyan Hiteshbhai, and Gangal Gaurika Maheshbhai, who competed alongside their non-disabled peers and were honored with cash prizes and books from the organizers. Our General Secretary, Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati, Secretary Mr. Himanshu Sompura, Treasurer Mr. Zinabhai Dabasiya, along with the trustees and staff, extended their congratulations to all the winners.  

                 Guru Purnima is a festival celebrated in India on the full moon day of the Aashaadha month as per the Hindu lunar calendar. Our organization arranged two separate programs at Divyang Vidhya Vihar and Divyang Kanyakunj. The students wholeheartedly performed the Guru Pujan ceremony, singing prayers and bhajans. They also expressed their thoughts about Guru Purnima both verbally and in sign language. The General Secretary Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati, and Secretary Mr. Himanshu Sompura, greeted the students, while Trustees Mr. Harjibhai Lachhani and Mr. Khimjibhai Vekariya, Mr. Jadavjibhai Vekariya, Mr. Damjibhai Oza, Chief coordinator Mr. Deepak Prasad, Coordinators, Principals, Teachers, and all staff members were present to witness the event.

                 On the occasion of international yoga day a district level celebration for disable people was observed in Divyang Vidhya Vihar Campus of Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal Madhapar. More than 350 disable students, Teachers, Employees and Trustees participated and performed Yoga, Pranayama and meditation yoga expert Mr. Vijaybhai Gadhavi gave information to the disable person and taught yoga accessibly with sign language. Secretary of our organization Mr. Himanshu Sompura, Trustee Mr. Pravinbhai Khokhani, chief Co-ordinator Deepak Prasad, Co- Coordinators, Teachers and employees attended the program and performed yoga. The yoga was also observed old age home at Bhachau. Where more than 50 elderly people perform yoga Pranayama and meditation with staff and trustees.

                 Spe. Khel Mahakumbh forintellectual disabled was held at himmatnagar where Which 2 students from Divyang Vidhya Vihar and 3 students from Divyang Kanyakunj participated in various athletics games.Among them, Jadeja Jyotiba, a girl from Divyang Kanyakunj, got the second rank in 200 meters race and Rabari Gopal of Divyang Vidhya Vihar got the second rank in 200 MT race and became the winner.All the winner were given medal& certificate by the guest. General Secretary of our organization Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati, , along with Secretary Mr. Himanshubhai Sompura and Treasurer Mr. Zinabhai Dabasiya, expressed their joy in congratulating the children on their remarkable achievements.                  A state level special KhelMahakumbh was held at Nadiad for Hearing Impaired children. In which a total of 4 girls from Divyang Kanyakunj participated. In which various athletics games such as 800 MTRun, 400 MT run, shot put, javelin throw and long jump were shown.           

            The Department of Sports, Youth, and Cultural Activities, along with the Sports Authority of Gujarat Gandhinagar, organized state-level special athletics competition under the Khel Mahakumbh. This event was jointly hosted by the District Sports Development office, Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal Madhapar, and Navchetan Divyang Sports and Cricket Academy at Krishna Sports Ground, Madhapar.           The Khel Mahakumbh featured special competitions across 29 districts in Gujarat, with approximately 450 visually impaired athletes participating. Competitions included events such as the 100-meter run, long jump, shot put, discus throw, and javelin throw for age groups above and below 18. The competitions commenced with a march past by all participants. The event was officially inaugurated by General Secretary Mr. Laljibhai M.                  A three-day state-level cricket tournament for visually impaired was held at Krishna Sports Ground Madhapar. A total of 26 teams from across the state participated in the tournament. Opening Ceremony commenced with the presence of esteemed guests, including Mr. D.B. Zala (A.G.M, B.K.T Kutch), D.D. Rana Saheb (B.K.T), Mr. Arjanbhai Bhudia (Former Sarpanch of Navavas Madhapar), Mrs. Gangaben Maheshwari (Sarpanch of Junavas Madhapar), Taluka Panchayat Member Mrs. Tushariben Vekaria, Mrs. Laxmiben Jaru, Mrs. Pravinaben Rathod, Mrs. Bhanuben Bhudia, Sukhdev Singh Gajjar (Administrator, Navavas Gram Panchayat), Pareshbhai Bhavsar, and Damjibhai Hadial (Representative of NAB). Tripathi Saheb from Madhapar G.E.B, General Secretary of our organization Mr. Laljibhai M.                  The inauguration ceremony for the State Level Special Chess Competition for the Khel Mahakumbh, dedicatedto visually impaired players, was held at DivyangVidhya  Vihar, managed by Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal - Madhapar. A total of 90 players participated in this event. The program was inaugurated by District Sports Development Officer Mrs. Jyotiben Thakor, Former District Panchayat President Mrs. Parulben Kara, and Prakashbhai Gandhi and Abhaybhai Shah from N.A.B. Past District Governor Mr. Bharatbhai Mehta also attended the ceremony.             The Gujarat Chess Association organized a three-day chess tournament for visually impaired players at Divyang Vidhya Vihar Campus. A total of 104 participants took part in the event. To honor the winners, several dignitaries were present, including our General Secretary, Mr. Laljibhai M. Prajapati, Secretary Mr. Himanshubhai Sompura, Trustee Mr. Khimjibhai Vekaria, Chief Coordinator Mr. Deepak Prasad, Co-Coordinator Mr. Rashmikantbhai Patel, and Rimaben Bhatia. Among the guests were Mrs. Godavariben Thakkar, President of the Kutch District BJP Mahila Morcha, Mrs. Rachnaben Shah, Vice President of BJP Mahila Morcha Bhuj City, and Mrs. Alkaben Thakkar, Vice President of the Inner Wheel Club Flamingo Bhuj. They encouraged the players by presenting them with mementos.                  The State Level Special Khel Mahakumbh for the Physically Handicapped (OH) took place in Nadiad, featuring participation from four students of Divyang Vidyavihar and six students from Divyang Kanyakunj. In various athletic events, Khod Sneha from Divyang Kanyakunj secured first place in the Section 'A' Discus Throw. Rabari Dhana from Divyang Vidhya Vihar achieved first place in Long Jump and second place in High Jump. Gagal Gaurika excelled by winning first place in both Shot Put and Wheelchair Hurdles in Section 'C'.                  A summer camp for children with disabilities took place at Divyang Vidhya Vihar from April 13, 2024 to April 30, 2024 following the completion of exams. The camp included activities such as sports, yoga, meditation, art and craft. Additionally, the children went on an exploration visit to the VandeMataram Memorial at Bhujodi and Bhujiyo Dungar.             

  v BRAILLE VOTER SLIPS CREATED AT SHRI NAVCHETAN ANDHJAN MANDAL To promote accessibility in the 2024 election, our organization created a total of 73,611 braille voter slips. These slips included the name and other details of blind voters in braille, as well as information in regular print for election officials. Over 30 special educators and other employees of Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal worked together to complete this task within 10 days.                  Heenaben conducted a session on Mind Power and Personality Development at the conference hall for 55 students from Divyang Vidhya Vihar and Divyang Kanyakunj managed by Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal. The students were in classes 9 to 12, and teachers also attended the session.

                 Shri Navchetan Mandal organized a visit to the Somnathfor 20 senior citizens to listen to the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha. Respected ParamPujyashri Bhakti VedantvanGoswami Maharaj from Vrindavan delivered the discourse from 19/04/2024 to 25/04/2024. The event was inaugurated on 18/04/2024 by the coordinator of our organization, Mr. Dilipbhai Chatrola, who unfurled the. During the Bhagwat Katha, the senior citizens also visited nearby religious sites such as HanumanjiMandir, BhalkaTirth, TriveniSangam, Surya Mandir, SomnathMandir, and Shri Krishna CharanPaduka. Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal recently held the inauguration ceremony for the "MatrushriKanabaiSatkary Bhavan," a facility with ten rooms dedicated to the care of elderly individuals. The generous donation for this project was made by the Shri Ghelani Charitable Trust in Mumbai. The ceremony was graced by TV actress                KalyaniThakar, who joined the chief guest of the organization, Shri Vinodbhai K.                  At Divyang Vidya Vihar, B.K.T. under CSR Fund fulfilled the requirements for a shed for children's breakfast, indoor games, and five cupboards for the library and office department. The inauguration was carried out by Mr. D. B. Zala Saheb, Retired DYSP and AGM Senior Officer & Liaison. The event was attended by Mr. D. D. Rana Saheb (PI) - Senior Officer Mr. Natubha Parmar (PSI), Senior Officer Mr. PratyanchbhaiAnjaria,and Secretary of our organization Mr. Himanshubhai Sompura, Treasurer Mr. Zinabhai Dabasia, Chief Co-ordinator Mr. Dipakprasad, Co-ordinator of both Center Mr. Rashmikantbhai Patel and Rimaben Bhatia, Principal Mrs. Daxaben Bhudia, RasidbhaiSandhwani. General Secretary Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati expressed gratitude and assured maximum utilization of the facilities. Disabled girls of the organization were delighted to present certificates of honor and self-made momentos to the representatives from B.K.T.    

            The ITC/DRC managed Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal organized an educational tour for children. During the tour, the children visited the famous Ashapura Temple in Kachchh, where they were able to express their spiritual feelings. They also visited Khetabapa's Ashram in Vithon. The teachers provided historical information about these religious places and gave the children an overview. The tour guides were Coordinator Mr. Jagdishbhai Vekaria, teacher Mrs. Bhartiben Bhudia, and Ramilaben Prajapati.

            "KALARAV" a cultural program was organized in collaboration with Inner Wheel Club of Bhuj Wall City. The event showcased the talents of the girls from Divyang Kanyakunj, who presented solo dance, group dance, singing, and a fashion show. The intellectual disable (ID) and Hearing Impaired girls also participated in the event, showcasing their skills. Mr. NitabenHalani, President of Inner Wheel Club of Bhuj Wall City, along with Project Chairman Mr. Ritaben Adhyaru and Roshaniben Thakkar, encouraged the participants by awarding prizes to the top three performers. Additionally, all participating girls were given incentive prizes by the esteemed guests including former President DeepabenSomaiya, Kalpanaben Luhar, Editor Mr. UrvibenSoni, Treasurer Mr. Zinabhai Dabasiya, and Coordinator of Divyang Kanyakunj Ms. Rimaben Bhatia.           The success of the program was attributed to the hard work of Principal Mrs. Jalpaben Maru, General Secretary Mr. Laljibhai Prajapa

                 The festival of colors Holi and Dhuleti were celebrated with great pomp at our Divyang Vidhya Vihar, Divyang Kanyakunj, ITC / DRC Campus. The students were given the darshan of “Holika dahan” and on the day of Dhuleti, the students greeted each other and celebrated the Holi festival by applying colors.       

                 The Center for Board Examination of Class – 10 th starting from 11/03/2024 is at Shri Lalji Velji “Ankarwala” Secondary and Higher Secondary School Managed by Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal - Madhapar.                  At Divyang Vidhya Vihar, a Farewell & Best Wishes Program was held on March 03, 2024, for students in grades 10 and 12. The program featured speeches and gift presentations from key members of the organization, including General Secretary Mr. Laljibhai Prajapati, Secretary Mr. Himanshu Sompura, Treasurer Mr. Zinabhai Dabasiya, and Mr. Harjibhai Lachhani. Additionally, Chief Coordinator Mr. Deepak Prasad extended his well wishes to students for their upcoming board examinations. The program was organized and conducted entirely by students of grade 12. During the event, students from both grade 10 and 12 shared their experiences and praised the school's facilities.

       The librarian of our organization, Mrs. Bhartiben Chavda, has been awarded the Late Bhikhabhai Shah Memorial Award for her outstanding contribution to creating accessible materials for persons with print disabilities by the National Association for the Blind Gujarat State Branch.
